Alumni Opportunities and Activities

Training, development, and networking opportunities are available exclusively to alumni of the University of Maryland Leadership Development Institute. Our goal is to build a community where LDI alumni feel connected, receive support as well as share ideas. Here are some examples of what's to come:

Website dedicated to LDI.
A place to go to obtain news, upcoming alumni events, information, and photos regarding the program.

Training workshops available only to LDI alumni. Workshops will focus on enhancing specific supervisory skills.

Continued, active participation in LDI classes. Alumni can volunteer to be a guest facilitator for LDI classes as well as coach and mentor new LDI participants.

Networking with LDI alumni and campus resources to build and strengthen campus relationships.
